After the great response to the e-bike action days in May, Hild Radwelt is following up: On Friday, 28, and Saturday, 29 June, the Freiburg bike experts invite once again to e-bike days with novelties, trends and promotions. Bicyclists are considered ambassadors of a sustainable change in thinking: There is an increasingly vehement plea for a turn to the equally environmentally friendly and healthy means of transport. Almost 50 percent of all journeys made in the city by car are less than five kilometers long. If motorists were to switch to cycling for a third of their journeys of less than six kilometers, the German Federal Ministry of Transport estimates that 7.5 million tons of CO2 could be saved. Not to mention the health aspect.

NEW COOPERATION NEW COOPERATION
A new cooperation between Hild Radwelt and the ADAC (German Automobile Club) will enable several pedelec riding safety courses to be held at the exhibition center starting this summer. Starting, steering, braking, stopping - all these things have to be learned," says Thomas Merkel, confirming the necessity of such riding safety courses. The experts already offer appropriate advice at the e-bike action days. A children's course of the ADAC pleases the young guests. Anyone who purchases the 5-year Plus insurance package from Assona during the campaign days will receive a 100-euro voucher for their next purchase at Hild Radwelt. If you buy a model during the EBike Action Days, you get an accessory package worth 100 euros for free.
Everyone can now afford a high-quality pedelec or e-bike: zero-percent financing with a term of 36 months allows relaxed installment payments. Since this year, a tax exemption also applies to company bicycles. The non-cash benefit of a bicycle or pedelec no longer has to be taxed if the employer provides the employee with the bicycle in addition to his salary.
