In a cooperation with the Welt am Sonntag, servicevalue surveyed in a Germany -wide campaign over 70,000 customers for family friendliness of a total of 684 companies from various industries. As a result, the ZEG specialist dealers together receive the award in gold and can now also officially call themselves "particularly family -friendly".
With bicycles and e-bikes, the ZEG and its members already address all generations from small to big and young to old-and so it is only consistent to write on the flags optimal service for the whole family. After all, the vast majority of ZEG member companies are even cross-generational family businesses who know well what families are concerned with the shopping experience.
