Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders in our online shop. Deviations only apply if we expressly confirm them. Before you order a goods, you will therefore be asked to confirm your consent with these general terms and conditions.

3. Implementation of an order

A contract only comes about when we give you your order By sending an order confirmation have confirmed.

You can carry out an order by placing the goods you want in the shopping cart and entering the information required there, for example for color selection or frame size. We also ask you for preferred delivery data and the payment method you want. You cancel a binding order when you"Chargeable order now" click.

After receipt of your order, you will receive an input confirmation from us directly by email. This does not yet represent your order, but serves your control that we have received and edited your order. You will receive an order confirmation regularly within two to three working days after sending your order. In the order confirmation, you will find all information about your order. Please check the order confirmation carefully.

In exceptional cases, we send the goods immediately after receipt of your order. In this case, the contract comes with you when your order is received.

4. Delivery location

4.1. Basically, you have the choice whether you would like to pick up your order from us or want to have delivered to the delivery address you mentioned. In the latter case, we show the shipping costs incurred during your ordering process. If you would like to pick up the goods from us, you will receive a notification from us by email or by phone. We arrange a pick -up date with you. If you do not perceive it or do not react to our deployment message, we will store your order for two weeks. Then we will send you back to our supplier for a fee and unfortunately have to charge you a flat rate of € 50.00/bicycle or e-bike and € 25.00 for other deliveries.

4.2. If you want to have a delivery, you will be asked to specify a delivery address if it deviates from the invoice address.

4.3. We deliver to the entire Federal Republic. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible.

5. Prices and terms of payment 

All prices specified in our shop are final prices including statutory VAT. You can see packaging and shipping and delivery costs when you order in the shopping cart. If we arrange in advance, the payment must be paid immediately when receiving the confirmation of receipt for your order. All goods remain our property until they are completely paid.

6. Warranty, compensation

6.1. The legal warranty provisions apply. Information or descriptions of the products shown in our shop only serve their information and do not represent any quality of the quality within the meaning of Section 443 of the German Civil Code.

6.2. In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for the loss of damage and expenses when the violation of essential contractual obligations. "Essential" are the obligations that are necessary for the proper fulfillment of the contract and the fulfillment of which we can regularly trust. However, we limit our liability to the damage and expenses that were predictable and typical when the contract was concluded.

6.3. However, the liability and limits mentioned here do not apply to liability from the assumption of a guarantee, in the event of a lack of concealment of a lack, in the violation of body, life, or health and for liability in accordance with the Product Liability Act. We are also always liable if we acted intentionally or grossly negligent.

7. Right of withdrawal

Using a clear explanation (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can also use the attached model cancellation form, which is not prescribed.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, the resulting that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ) to repay immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with them; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending on which the earlier time is. You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract, to send or hand over to us. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the extent that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of regulations on the UN sales law for. The place of jurisdiction is the customer's place of residence.
