The first made in Germany's saddle from SQLAB: The 6ox Ergowave Active is the optimal saddle with long and steep climbs on the E-MTB, all-mountain and endurobics. The 6ox Ergowave saddle has been around for 2 years, but not in this execution: manufactured in Germany. What is special about the new 6ox ergowave �made in Germany is the foam of the saddle, which no longer consists of classic PU foam, but of the BASF Infinergy material known from running shoes. This material is very robust and, especially in the faster, brings comfort to a completely new level due to the faster reck. As with classic sailors, the cover has not been drawn over the saddle over the saddle. There are only in the important places. These are automated and connected to the Infinergy foam without adhesive. The ergonomic saddle shape ensures the correct relief and the comfort: the wave -like survey of the ergowave, stretching forward from the rear, fits perfectly with the mostly bulbous seat legs. This significantly reduces the pressure in the perineum area or female pubic arch. Also the flat, slightly alerted saddle nose in the level, also makes less pressure on the sensitive places in men and women. For even better pressure relief, especially in the case of lean climbs in the sophisticated, the saddle nose was designed wide, with a flat and possibly most of the contact. The SQLAB Active saddle technology follows the saddle of the pedal movement, the comfort is obtained, the intervertebral discs are mobilized and the pressure on the seating bones is minimized. A prerequisite for the maximum performance is the fit perfectly tailored to the athlete and thus the saddle is available in four different size. Manufacturing technology was developed very successfully for a large sporting goods manufacturer by Oechsler in Ansbach, a large automotive supplier, a few years ago. SQLAB and Oechsler then optimized this procedure together for the seams. From a way, the local connection of the SQLAB �Made in Germany not only means that the long transport route fits away, but also that the production is efficiently exhausted and strict, German guidelines for pollutants. Local production, quality security and durability are decisive for the SQLAB project.
