Pendeln mit dem E-Bike - HildRadwelt
Around 30 million commuters in Germany cover a distance of 835 million kilometers every day. 82 percent of commuters have a commute of less than 25 kilometers. Pedelecs are predestined for these distances. So why not leave the car in the garage and instead up on the bicycle saddle and gently supported the pedals? The contribution explains the advantages of the modern “commuter mobile”.

1 stress -free and comfortable
Anyone who drives to work with the Ebike in urban space does not waste time in kilometers of traffic jams. With the pedelec, these can be conveniently avoided. Even on steep climbs, no one has to struggle thanks to the electrical support. The Ebiker deals almost effortlessly larger distances of up to 25 kilometers. If you commute with Ebike, you are stress -free and comfortable - arrives fresh and unexpectedly at work.

2 flexible and fast
Time is precious. And if you put on the pedelec in the city, you can win quality of life. On routes up to five kilometers, the pedelec is often the fastest means of transport in city traffic. But even on up to 10 kilometers long paths, the Ebike easily keeps it by car. Intelligent route planning helps to get your destination quickly and comfortably; For example, routes with a few traffic lights and without stagnant city traffic can be selected. The on-board computer Nyon supports the navigation: With the all-in-one on-board computer from Bosch, routes can be easily planned on PC and laptop in advance.

3 fit and healthy
On average, every adult spends 11.5 hours of sitting a day. Movement is often neglected, especially among office workers. The commuting with the eBike offers a practical compensation. And because the electrical drive can be adjusted via the different levels of support, the driver himself decides how much he pedals. Pedelecs are perfect for health -conscious people who want to train their endurance and fitness.

4 good for the environment
Every commuter who instead of climbing into the car, not only puts the traffic jam by a wagon length shorter, but also does something good: the pollution of an eBike is only 1.25 percent of that of a car. If you use an average petrol consumption of eight liters per 100 kilometers for all commuter cars in Germany, this results in a consumption of almost 70 million liters of petrol per day.
This creates around 156,000 tons of CO2. The pedelec offers immense savings potential.
Incidentally, the Ebiker moves almost silently and reduces the noise. There is a need in the city: from a sound pressure level of 65 to 75 decibels, noise has an impact on the sensation of stress. With heavy city traffic, around 80 decibels are achieved on average. The city becomes calmer through the eBike.

5 protects your wallet
Pedelec driving saves money. For a distance of 100 kilometers, around 12 euros in energy costs are incurred with a conventional petrol engine. The Pedelec is 25 cents for the same distance. The electric bike also scores when purchasing: average an ebike currently costs 3,287 euros in Germany, the average price for a new car is currently 31,400 euros. Insurance bonus, motor vehicle tax and TÜV fees for the conventional pedelec anyway: after all, it is a bike with that certain something.
